A Voice for Business
A core mission of the chamber is to advocate for business and strengthen the economy. We represent the voice of business at the city, county, state and federal levels.
Our Government Affairs Committee actively advocates for members’ interests.
Partnering with City Officials
A prosperous business community is at heart of a strong community. Local businesses are the drivers of jobs and healthy sales tax for valuable city services.
Chamber leaders meet regularly with City officials to keep Folsom a great place to do business.
Our bi-annual Business Walks, sponsored in conjunction with the Folsom Economic Development Corporation (FEDCorp) and the City of Folsom allow us to proactively identify business challenges.
JobsPAC is a non-partisan Folsom Chamber of Commerce’s Political Action Committee (PAC) involved in influencing the outcome of elections that impact Folsom’s employers and our community’s quality of life.
Since membership dues cannot be used for campaign contributions, JobsPAC was formed to serve the political interests of its members.
Contributions are used to support candidates and political causes that will grow our local economy and protect jobs.
